"Standing tall is a very admirable thing. There are very few stories in history of heroes who slouched to the rescue. Likewise, most individuals don't look up to people who are drooped over."

52 Weeks of Blessings- week 35--Wii Fit

This weeks blessing is my Wii Fit!  Without it I wouldn't get much exercise!  I love it and it is SO fun to do!

I've heard those are fun -- hmm . . . maybe that's what I need to motivate myself to actually move during the day.

I really need to get one. But, then I'd have to get off my rump & shut the computer. Thanks for stopping by my place the other day.

So how good of a work out is it? I have heard its fun but does it really get you a hard work out. Thanks for any reviews. I work out about1 and 15 minutes at the gym...

The Wii Fit has, once you unlock it, 15 yoga and strength exercises. The strength exercises increase reps with the amount of times you do the exercise. It has 9 Aerobic exercises that also change with how often you do them. Things like 2 different hula hoop games, boxing, basic step, advanced step and free step, basic run, 2 person run and free run. And it has 9 balance games and also increase. The balance games are: soccer heading, ski slalom, ski jump, table tilt, tightrope walking, balance bubble, penguin slide, snowboard slalom and lotus focus. Really is get a pretty good workout, I usually do the free step ever evening and am sweating good after a half hour of stepping straight. You makeup your own routine, it's great for people who can't get to the gym like me and it is fun.

i believe it is fun.
but:
1. I don't know where to get it here
2. it might be too expensive for me to buy
3. working out in an aerobic class with lots of people sounds more fun :D
