Quote of the month...

"Standing tall is a very admirable thing. There are very few stories in history of heroes who slouched to the rescue. Likewise, most individuals don't look up to people who are drooped over."

52 Weeks of Blessings- week 42 --nature MYWorld

This week's blessing is of the beauty of nature!  I love the outdoors and want to share some of my favorite places before it gets cold and I'll just be loving the indoors.
The Mission Mnts.  I love this range located in northwestern Montana.
Flathead lake surrounded by the mountains.
Glacier National Park
A beautiful lake surrounded by the mountains of Glacier.  These first four pictures were taken while I was still in high school.  Some friends came up from UT and we took a trip to Canada. We had a great time.
Just for fun I thought I'd throw this one of my sister, Ryanne, and I on that trip in Glacier.
Having grown up in the beauty of Western MT, I was sure there would be nothing to compare in Eastern MT. I was wrong!  Right up the road from me {maybe a mile} is a beautiful state park, Makoshika.
A natural bridge.  Because of erosion, this trail has been closed.
Looking out over the beauty of the badlands.
One of my favorite formations in the park is this one.
Thanks for visiting the beauties of nature here in the vastly beautiful state of Montana!

I've decided to link up to the new MyWorld site

I love nature! It brings me such a feeling of peace when we are out in it! I crave going to the mountains and when it is hot here I have to go to be able to survive the rest of summers here! I hope we get back to utah...I miss those mountains!

Youru world is fabulous! I LOVE Montana, but I don't think I've been to the Badlands there. (Only in North and South Dakota.) Glacier National Park is one of the prettiest places I've ever visited. I was in high school the only time I visited there!

Great photos. We love your part of the World.

We spent a week in that area a couple of years ago when we drove from Texas to Alaska and back. We stayed with a friend who worked in Glacier. Loved the Badlands also.

"Going to the Sun Road" was a favorite.

Thanks for sharing and bringing back memories.

Come visit anytime,
Troy and Martha

Nice to meet the Keiser family virtually, and thank you for leaving behind a lovely comment at my blog.

This is a fabulous post. Your world is beautiful. I like your pictures, especially of the Glacier NP. I'm fond of nature, and love the Himalayan mountain range.

Your world is so much more interesting that the scenery in my flat and wet country, which can also be beautiful in its way, but still yours is wilder, more rugged and with mountains. Anyway in the next few weeks or months I shall show more of mine and I shall be looking forward to seeing yours!

Wonderful blessing and beautiful pictures!! I love to enjoy nature and the primary song that always comes to mind is "Heavenly Father Loves Me"--Whenever I hear the song of a bird...
