First up, I give you this very blurry one of Shantel. But look at the personality that is showing through..... She just grabbed the props and had fun, too bad mom is not so good with the quick shot!
Next, Trunk or Treating 2009. Shantel invited two friends and they were hanging out in the dark. I failed to open the flash so my not so steady hand captured this interesting shot. Probably I'm the only one who can enjoy this shot, and that's OK! The ghosty figures of Shantel and her 2 buddies.
This last one was taken in the hour I spent in Kindergarten helping with Centers on the 23rd of Oct. I was trying to capture Scott in the midst of his learning. So to me this blurry photo is the constant motion of childhood and their eager quest for knowledge.

I agree with you...sometimes there is perfection in imperfection. :)
I had to take a break from blogging...a lot of stuff going on..but I've started again...check in when you have a moment.
I agree.. not so perfect...perfection.
The ghost ones are SUPER!
I love your thoughts on the 'learning' shot too. :)
I love them all! Imperfection is sometimes the best of photographs,it shows personality and movement of the moment. Which obviously shows through in these shots!
(Thank goodness for digital, so we can keep them without printing them if we want! LOL!)
Sometimes the pictures that are almost are better than the right on ones, if they capture the emotions you are looking for. I have some of those that I love even though they aren't perfect!
Yep, clarity and all that doesn't made the photo. It's the memories behind it. :)
Sometimes the blur makes the image. These are great!
I have to agree, it's fun to see the not so professional shots. I think my 4 year old is especially talented when he gets ahold of my camera. The perspective is so different and it lends something more to a shot. :)
These were fun. Loved your take on each of them.
